The Shrijee Lifestyle production process mainly comprises Woven dyeing and finishing. Much of the production equipment is computerised and latest machinery was imported from countries such as Italy, Germany etc.
Each step of the production process is also closely monitored by quality control team and assigned to specific steps to optimize efficiency and ensures product quality.
Samples of fabric are dyed and checked against the specialization of colour samples approved by customers in the Shrijee laboratory. The quality control Team confirms the accuracy of the colour of the dyed samples using various testing devices before the dying process begins.
